Text Box: Tournament fee includes green fee and 1/2 cart.  HEADCOUNT and final Event Details  must be presented to River Pointe no later than 2 days prior to the tournament date.  No outside beverages are permitted. Any donated beverages may not be sold or given during play but can be given as door prizes afterwards.  The event may be cancelled or rescheduled seven or more days in advance. The tournament date reservation fee is NOT refundable but can be applied to a future date.  In the event of rain, every effort will be made to complete the tournament. If unable to complete 9 holes because of weather conditions, the event can be rescheduled for a future date.  Proper Golf attire required. No one under the age of 16 can drive cart. The undersigned is responsible for any damages incurred by it’s guests. Individual tournament fees are to be collected by the tournament organizer(s) / the undersigned and the total balance is due and payable to River Pointe Golf Club the day of the event.
