The Number One Rule of a Company Christmas Party is that you don't hold it at the office.  Let us handle all the details for you!  Enjoy Great food in a relaxing atmosphere.  Find out why more and more Albanians are coming to River Pointe for their special events. We take care of decorations, linens, candles,  music, setup, cleanup, bartender, wait staff and everything else, so you can actually enjoy the party!

Holiday Lunch Party

An all inclusive party with Soup & Salad, Baked Chicken, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Green Beans, Peach Cobbler and Ice Cream. Includes tea/coffee/soft drinks   Private Room Fee is $150 plus  $ 10pp*

Cocktail Party with Hors d'oeuvres

Nothing will kick up the Holiday Spirit  like a cocktail party at River Pointe.  We will put out a spread of fantastic hors d'oeuvres including  a bourbon glazed pork loin carving station.  Enjoy two hours of open bar with mixed drinks, domestic beers, house wines and all soft drinks.   Private Room Fee is $300 plus $ 19pp*

Holiday Banquet Dinner

An all out dinner buffet with two meats, two veggies, two starches, two salads and two desserts. Includes tea. coffee, soft drinks.

Private Room Fee $ 300 plus $ 15pp*

* Private room fee of $ 300 ( or $150 for lunch)  covers 1/2 ballroom weekday fee.  The Holiday packages are based on a 30 guest minimum.  All party packages are subject to 20% Service Charge and 7% Sales Tax.

We invite you to come visit our venue. We will show you around and we take the time to sit down with you and create a custom wedding plan with you,  complete with menu suggestions, beverage choices, wedding ceremony details, reception details, guest estimate and an event itinerary. And most importantly, a price guarantee and a payment plan.  Even if you do not use our venue, you will find it an educational experience, totally free of charge.

Step Three  14 Days before the event we would like for you to come in and give us the headcount, food and beverage details, flower details. We also ask for 50% of the balance at this time.

Step Four Show up for the happiest day of your life!  Final payment is made the day of the event

River Pointe employs a team of wedding professionals who work together to create an intimate and elegant event with unlimited culinary creations, exquisite floral and event styling and unparalleled service to ensure a smooth and  perfect day for you and your guests.

The all inclusive wedding package

• We offer you several options to choose the perfect setting for your wedding ceremony. Have your ceremony by the green overlooking the lake, you may want to say your vows on the dock, on the veranda or under the good-luck oak trees.  We will set up white wedding chairs and roll out the red carpet.
• Rainy Day Backup plan with covered veranda or inside ceremony
• An elegant yet relaxed reception afterwards in our beautiful ballroom, complete with fabulous food, fresh flowers and beverages
• Come as early as you like, a private bridesmaids room will be available all day and all night
• Fresh Flowers of your choice on all inside tables and one large arrangement for the food table or head table
• Stage, dance floor, tables, chairs, white table cloths and napkins,  skirted banquet tables, everything is included! Colored linens are optional
• Sound System at the ceremony as well as sound and Video Projection at the reception included.
• Gourmet Catering included.  Pick any five classic  hors d'oeuvres Hors d'oeuvres Choices  or treat your guests to a full classic dinner buffet at no extra charge Dinner Buffet Menu

Low Country Rehearsal Dinner

A traditional Low Country Boil with Shrimp, Sausage, Potatoes and Corn, all cooked in a large pot and dumped on our old whisky barrel table.  Finish it up with some good home made peach cobbler and ice cream, yum! This is about as informal and as good as is gets.  We set up a private party just for you at a location that suits your style: By the lake, by the pool, our private dining room or at your house. Anything goes!

We provide: Food, Tea, Water, Tables, Chairs, Table cloths, custom table decor, rustic whiskey barrel table, wait staff, cleanup, everything you need for a great party!

Steak & Seafood Rehearsal Dinner

Pool Party

Visit the River Pointe Pool and you'll feel like you are at a tropical resort. The pool area is a perfect place for a celebration, a birthday party, team party, end of school party, anything summery! We have put together a few packages to get your party started. Please note, food & beverages must be purchased from the club, unless special arrangements are made.  See options below

Basic Pool Area Rental

This allows the use of the pool area and cabana. No parties are allowed without a rental contract. Basic rental of the pool area does not guarantee exclusive usage. 

Basic Pool Rental, non private $ 125 / 3hrs

Private Pool Rental, after 5PM $ 250 / 4hrs

All beverages must be purchased from the bar.

Kids Birthday Party   $ 250

Birthday Pool Party for up to 30 guest, with a personal waitress at your service.

Includes: Stereo System with CD Player or ipod hookup,  party food,    Soft Drinks / Lemonade.
Also included are setup / cleanup, two 6ft tables with linnen table cloth, chafing dishes, cups, plates, use of pool area for three hours. 

Party Food: pick two of these choices: Hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken fingers, caribean wings or  fried grouper fingers, frsh fruit platter. Served with fries or chips.
Not included: decorations, cake.

Outside Party Restrictions

We cannot schedule pool parties on Saturday afternoon if an outside wedding is scheduled. During the summer vacation,  we can only do birthday parties before 1PM and after 5PM

Office Party Package,  20 to 200 Guests

Show your employees how much you appreciate them.  A business office party makes your employees feel special and builds morale. River Pointe hosts the best Office Party in town, Lets have some fun!  A cozy setting in the lounge with leather chairs for a cocktail.  Enjoy a selection of delicious hors d'oeuvres like our famous Caribbean wings, smoked salmon toast, BBQ meatballs and everyone's favorite hot spinach dip!  Let's do away with the stuffy sit down dinner and mingle for some fun!

Complete party package  $ 500.-

Package price includes room fee, hors d'oeuvres, bartender & private waitress, two complimentary drink tickets per guest ( dom. beer, well brand mixed drinks, wine or non-alcoholic drinks) plus we'll even throw in a couple of free rounds of golf! This is a great value and you limit your exposure to over serving your employees. Base price covers 20 guests, each additional guest ad $ 20
